There is nothing more satisfying than motivating and helping others develop and discover their underlying abilities to achieve a better tomorrow – I have spent my entire 10+ year career working in the talent space within recruiting and learning and development to do just that.

My working style is filled with positivity, transparency, and honesty. I believe that’s what helps me build the best relationships with my clients. I’m very investigative when learning about others and particularly pain points so that I can appropriately resolve them. I consider myself to be a professional matchmaker! Matching clients with their solutions or talent to meet their needs.

Outside of work I really enjoy spending time with my husband and two boys. I love playing tennis and biking on my Peloton and always up for a good happy hour with some friends!
