With nearly 30 years in HR and Talent Acquisition leadership, I’ve spent my career building recruiting strategies and high-performing teams at top companies like MillerCoors and GE Healthcare. A HR degree from UW-Whitewater fueled my passion for helping others, leading me into a career of recruiting, serving on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Wisconsin, and supporting multiple charities through the Fusion Recruiters “Fusion Cares” program. Outside of work, I enjoy coaching youth baseball, making core memories on family vacations, quoting 80’s and 90’s movies and music, and a good Wisconsin fish fry.

Family and friends are very important to me, as anyone close to me would attest. I have three stepdaughters who have grown into strong, beautiful, and talented young women. I'm a sports enthusiast who continues to play volleyball (despite my knees' protests) and enjoys outdoor activities, a good movie, and working out. Go Pack Go!
Caroline joined Fusion in 2022 as an Executive Sourcing Partner. She came to Fusion with a wealth of experience in Tech and Engineering recruiting experience. Since joining Fusion, Caroline has been able to grow her expertise in the Operations and Manufacturing spaces. As Fusions SME in Tech recruiting, she has helped to expand our reach and abilities to help our clients find the best talent for their needs and organizational growth plans. Caroline has helped to increase Fusions footprint on LinkedIn through bother her personal platform as well as helping to grow Fusions platform. Caroline has helped with testing of new platforms the Sourcing and Recruitment team uses as well as working with platform partners to tailor them the Fusions Teams needs. In time away from the office Caroline enjoys traveling, reading, a good Netflix binge, and spending time with friends and family.
