With 15 years of Talent Acquisition experience, I have been extremely fortunate to work with some very talented professionals within both the Agency and Corporate world.  I am a strong believer that building and fostering strong relationships with professionals helps drive a strong work environment for both the organization and its employees.

My background is in Elementary Education (UW Oshkosh) and when I decided to make a career change, I found myself looking for a role that still involved connecting with people and helping to coach and provide guidance to them.  With the help of some close colleagues and friends this led me to the world of recruitment. I have had the pleasure of partnering with some amazing talent throughout my career from such industries as, Machinery, Mechanical & Industrial Engineering, Financial Services, and Healthcare. This variety of experience, along with the incredible talent I have partnered with, has helped me become the industry expert I am today.

As many close to me would tell you, my family and friends are very important to me. I have three young stepdaughters I have watched grow into strong, beautiful, and talented young women. I am a sports junkie who still plays volleyball to this day (my knees would like me to stop) and who also enjoys the outdoors, a good movie and working out. Go Pack Go!
