The adage that a career sometimes chooses you holds true for me. Early on in my career, as an administrative associate for a boutique staffing firm in Milwaukee, I was fortunate to be approached by leadership for a recruiting role which launched my journey into the talent acquisition space. 18 successful and rewarding years later, I look back and realize that my professional calling was to help guide others in their quest to achieving their career goals. As my passion and commitment have continued to grow and evolve, the relationships I’ve developed with both clients and candidates have helped shape me into an effective and successful recruiting partner. 

 

Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with many extraordinary leaders and team members and have gained a wealth of recruiting expertise in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Financial Services and Manufacturing. I strongly believe in the value of positivity and hard work and that this combined with the ability to build strong relationships is the foundation of success.   

 

In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors, spending time with my husband and two bonus children and traveling to our second home in sunny Florida to visit with family and friends. I’m also a huge animal lover and am instantly compelled to pet every furry friend that crosses my path!
