I am a passionate leader with over 15 years of experience helping individuals and teams to succeed. While most of my career was in sales leadership, I’ve also had the opportunity to help grow, develop, and oversee teams across many functional areas of businesses which has been very rewarding. One thing that has always been a constant for me is my sincere desire to make the most meaningful impact I can to help individuals and teams to reach their full potential.

 

Having earned a Bachelor of Business degree in Human Resource Management, helping people has been a core motivator and guiding force within me. That intrinsic motivation has been the fuel that drives me to give my best to every opportunity I take on. I have also been extremely fortunate to have worked with and learned from many amazing leaders and organizations. At Fusion, I am now able to take all of my knowledge and really make a difference in an area I believe is the absolute most critical component of business – the people! By combining my wealth of sales and executive leadership experience I am focused on helping to grow Fusion’s client base. I truly believe we can make a significant impact one client at a time. Working for an organization like Fusion, that truly cares about helping to be the bridge for individuals and organizations to ultimately allow them to both thrive is truly gratifying!

 

On the personal side, I am always striving to live a healthy and fulfilling life with my family. My husband and I have two beautiful daughters that we like to enjoy as much time as possible with mostly doing things outdoors like boating, skiing, horseback riding, zip-lining amongst many other adventures. Outside of that, I am usually volunteering for an event or cause that’s near and dear to my heart.
