With technology platforms and pop up agencies saturating the market, we wanted to take a dynamic approach to creating a better service for our clients.
Our Managed Search Solution starts with a signed contract and detailed deep dive into our client’s business and position needs. From there, the client is assigned an Account Manager who will convert all the gathered info into a profile packet which is sent to selected recruiting partners that best fit the type of role we are looking to fill.
Our partners are provided with the information they need, so they can concentrate on finding the talent, not sales and account management.

How It Works
Step 1: Submit your application and our team of seasoned recruiters will review and reach out to you for a detailed conversation.
Step 2: You are accepted into our network and as job orders are created, and fit your background, we will reach out to you and see if you are interested in the search opportunity.
Step 3: Upon your acceptance of the opportunity, we will send you a partnership agreement and all the relevant info on the position needs so you can start your search. Candidates that fit get submitted into our platform for team review.
Step 4: All submittals are reviewed and those that clear our team get sent to the client. All hired submittals that are still on the team after our guarantee window will result in a commission payment of 30% of the placement fee.
