Shortly after receiving my HR Degree from UW-Whitewater, I quickly realized how much I enjoyed recruiting - the people, the process, and the impact that talented hires made to both the company and the culture of of organizations I partnered with. Professionally speaking, there's nothing I enjoy more than knowing that we've been able to assist in significantly helping a client hire a top-talent candidate while also positively impacting that candidate's career and the well-being of their family.
A family-oriented individual myself (with two young boys and an incredible wife), they always find ways to both motivate and humor me. I am a strong believer that an organizations success is linked directly to its workforce and for the past 15+ years I have had the privilege of helping organization's attract, hire and retain top talent so that both the individual and their business can reach their peak potential. Since graduating with my BBA in Human Resource Management and Economics from UW-Milwaukee, I have worked with and supported organizations in a variety of industries from Medical Devices to Print Manufacturing to Pharmaceuticals & Clinical Research to Telecommunications. With each organization I focused on a variety of HR needs including new hire and expatriate relocation assistance, project management, compliance and of course, talent acquisition. This professional journey has allowed me to align great people with great organizations and the joy that I feel with each placement and each process optimization that I am apart of is why I love coming to work each day.
Of course, when the workday wraps up, I look forward to spending time with my husband and two beautiful daughters. Cooking, traveling, boating and spending time with family and friends are just a few things that I enjoy and strive to find time for as much as possible.
